I am so grateful to be a part of this learning community. Our students are thriving. They are making connections both academically and socially (see below). We appreciate your partnership in educating the whole child. Teachers are working extremely hard to provide students with an well rounded and excellent educational experience. If you feel so inclined, please have your student express gratitude to their teacher via email, a quick note or verbally.

Below are the books that Librarian Gould curated to support the November Life Skill of Self-Management and Native American Heritage Month. All of these books are available in the Miller Creek library.

Travel During the Thanksgiving Break

Students who are fully vaccinated can return to school, unless they develop symptoms after travel. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated students without symptoms can come to school, but should not participate in extracurricular activities until they have a negative test result on Day 5 after returning from travel. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated students who have symptoms should stay home and get tested for COVID as soon as possible.

Wishing everyone a relaxing Thanksgiving break! If your family needs mental health support over the break, please refer to the Miller Creek Counseling and Wellness page for resources.
